I like to integrate both concrete and abstract methods to help folks with work towards their hopes and dreams. Sessions are through telehealth to people across NY and FL. >Appts avail for individuals (no couples/relationships) Weds wkly at 11am, Thurs biwkly at 12noon<
A large part of my work has included helping folks to manage stress, anxiety, and depression associated with the everyday experiences of relationships, work, money, and commitments, to exploring the meaning of life and the existential questions of who am I, what am I, why am I here, what's the meaning of all this.
