I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 12 years of clinical mental health experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, anger management, parent/child difficulties, mood disorders, stress management, ADHD, impulse control issues, and family and relationship issues, among others. I am highly skilled in building rapport and trust with my clients to establish an effective therapeutic alliance. I received my Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in 2014.

My approach is eclectic, rooted in cognitive behavioral techniques (CBT), dialectic behavioral therapy (DBT), trauma-focused cognitive approaches (TFCBT), and mindfulness and meditation-based practices.

I work to address negative thought patterns and habits while restoring self-regulation and enhancing daily functioning. I aim to provide a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable environment for clients to achieve their therapeutic goals.
