I am trained in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) with a focus on anxiety and perfectionism. In addition, he is trained Anxiety Exposure (AE) treatment, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Behavior Activation Treatment for Depression (BAT-D).
The essence of my person and practice incorporates the whole person, infusing your overall health and wellness with introspection and reflection allowing you to expand on your self-wisdom to enhance your journey of self.
