Hello if you are a teen or parent looking to get the mental health services to help empower you or your child. I am passionate about helping Children, Teens and Young Adults feel empowered. I work well with people struggling with Depression, Anxiety and Anger issues. I strive to have a safe space and take the time to get to know all my clients so that they can feel comfortable and open up. I use a wonder Cavalier King Charles Spaniel in my practice named Duckie. Duckie helps teach self compassion and gentleness.

I mainly use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Mindfulness and staying in the moment is very important for your mental health journey. I work well with teens and young adults. I work well with school age children struggling in the classroom setting. If focus mainly on anxiety, depression and anger issues.
