My work with teens and adults includes making school/career decisions, low self-esteem, regulating emotions, complex peer relationships & family concerns, navigating life changes, grief & loss, & mental health difficulties; like anxiety, OCD, depression & drug and alcohol misuse. I also work with individuals with ADD & ADHD as a secondary diagnosis.
