Together, we will explore and examine themes of: circumstances, control, identity, culture, and goals. When working with me, an emphasis on identity, inclusion, and acceptance is always on the forefront.
I customize my approach based on the person's needs and what issue(s) they are bringing to therapy. I use acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and aspects of psychodynamics. I work with clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and issues of identity.
I am Korean American. I am an ally and I work with people of all genders, backgrounds, nationalities, ethnicities, and religions. I am currently accepting new clients.
