My name is Josh Holland and I can support you in your journey! My primary clinical areas of focus have included anxiety disorders, depression, ADHD, child behavior issues, high functioning autism, grief & loss, stress reduction, life performance development, life transition stress and substance use related disorders.
My specialized training is designed to help those who want to improve in these areas with effective tools and non-judgmental compassion, addressing core issues, unhealthy coping, and helping to develop the strengths necessary for people to take control of their lives and forge ahead into the future they way.
