I work with teens and adults who seek to understand the “why” of their emotions and behaviors, and move away from feeling hopeless, exhausted, or numb. We will work together to help you better understand yourself, discuss hard topics, and build skills to experience healing and growth.
I utilize a client-focused approach and incorporate tools from CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Self-Compassion, and Mindfulness to help you find ways you can experience healing in a non-judgmental and warm space.
