Whether you're grappling with familial (difficult parents or kids) or relational struggles, navigating significant life transitions, battling addictive thoughts and behaviors, or confronting any other formidable challenge, I am here to provide unwavering support. It would be my privilege to accompany you on this transformative journey toward self-discovery, healing and stepping into your authentic self.

My approach is a cultivation of empathy and trust within our therapeutic alliance. Within that, I employ modalities of attachment theory, DBT/CBT, narrative therapy, existentialism, humanistic approaches, internal family systems, and polyvagal theory. I also utilize my background in sports (boxing) and breathwork to help the mind-body connection.
