I specialize in working with trauma, dissociation, attachment challenges, shame, relationship needs, and expansion of resilience. I have been a therapist since 2002 and have been trained in Brainspotting, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Polyvagal Theory, Family Narrative Attachment Therapy, Imago Couples Therapy, CBT, DBT, Substance Use, and Mindfulness.
