I help men of all ages work through social, romantic, family, and career challenges by improving their sense of meaning, knowledge, and self awareness during difficult times. Many of my clients suffer from mental health symptoms (general or social anxiety, depression, anger) that have negative effects on their self esteem and relationships. This creates a feedback loop that feels difficult to break, but is possible to overcome with the right environment, guidance, and an openness to change.

I'm a goal-oriented counselor that finds therapy works best when it combines emotional healing with real steps towards change. I first want to understand who you are so we can collaborate together on a successful outcome. Once that is established, I will support and challenge you to reach that goal.

Building trust with a counselor can be hard, especially if you've already tried it before without success. My job is to make it easy and comfortable for you to see if we are a good fit.
