Groups
Anger Management Therapy $50
This is a therapy group, not a class, and it is by a mental health counselor who is fully licensed and has more than 19 years of education in psychology. My groups have patients who are interested in achieving long-lasting changes, not only getting a letter to bring to their judge or attorney, or to proof that they have resolved their "anger problem" with only a few hours of psychoeducation. We will do real work, serious work, and engage psycho-activity or the learning of novelty information to built personal growth.
