These often manifest as difficulties in romantic, social, and work success. I help my clients feel better about themselves, less alone, and more capable of loving and being loved. My clients end up feeling more comfortable in their own skins and engage in life, work, and relationships with greater confidence.

I have extensive training and experience in psychodynamic (insight-oriented), attachment, emotion-focused (AEDP), IFS, and mindfulness-based ways of working.
