I love working with couples! I am an Emotionally Focused Couple's Therapist (EFT) who has been practicing couple's therapy since 2016. EFT is a modality that has been clinically proven to identify the foundational issues in your relationship that are causing disconnection and provides a clear road map for how to solve these issues. We all deserve a safe and secure base and this safe and secure base is possible. If your hope is to feel closer, more important, valued and like you are getting it right in your primary relationship EFT provides a path, it is possible!
Think about those moments when you have felt connected and safe with your partner, it is these moments of safe and secure attachment that we create and build upon in EFT therapy.
