I support individuals aged 18+ with grief and loss, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, medical complexities and end of life therapeutic support. My experience as a Hospice Social Worker has provided me with the privilege and opportunity to assist individuals and families with managing and processing through difficult life transitions. Whether you, or someone you know, is experiencing one of these concerns I would be honored to walk through this experience with you in a supportive and compassionate way to help you process and manage your own needs.
I provide a supportive and directive approach to difficult situations and navigate the improvements you want to make. My goal is to get you the support and provide supportive interventions so that you do not spend your time and energy in counseling and get to spend it enjoying your life. I also provide Ketamine Assisted therapy to provide support to clients
Along with my experience, I also utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Grief Counseling, Logotherapy, Strengths-Based Counseling and Mindfulness to provide you with evidence based support for improving your mental health and overall wellbeing. I accept private pay as well as accept Aetna, United, Oxford, Cigna and Oscar insurance.
