I specialize in the care of depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, and life changing events with a concentration on healing trauma using CBT, DBT, IFS, Mindfulness, and Reiki/Energy Healing. I also enjoy working with the LGBTQIA +, working through religious-trauma. No two people are alike; therefore, my approach is tailored to your particular needs.
