My approach to therapy is to look at your unique character traits and circumstances and design treatment to meet your specific needs. I have been a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2009 and have a wide range of expertise in anxiety disorders, PTSD, panic disorder, depression, OCD, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, life transitions and couples/marital therapy. I have specialized training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy, PTSD (Somatic Experiencing and BASE), and Gestalt therapy.
Prior to entering the mental health field, I held various executive and line production positions in the film and television business and am the former President and COO of The Motion Picture Bond Company. I have an MBA from Columbia University and an MA in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University.
