I know a lot about anxiety, and I have been married for 47 years. My personal experience in both areas help me to relate to others. I have experienced a lot of loss (grief); again, this informs my clinical skills. I have been an educator throughout my career, so I am very interested in helping clients learn new, exciting concepts.
I have a tremendous amount of living experience. For example, I have had Covid-19 twice, and can relate to all the fears surrounding it. I have been married for 49 years, and understand the ups and downs ALL relationships go through. I have been addicted to nicotine, and I have suffered a heart attack...and survived. Life is for learning. l am here to help.
