Hi there, I'm Jose! My name is Jose Quiroz, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the San Bernardino/Riverside County metro area of southern California. I work in a mental health forensic hospital providing therapy to clients struggling with depression, anxiety, and chemical dependence. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to assist my clients in making progress so that they may feel better.
I have been working with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, chemical dependency/use, and stress. I enjoy working with clients who have made the decision to seek help with their mental health and look forward to assisting them with their journey to recovery.
In our first session I will spend lots of time talking about what led you to seek help from a mental health practitioner. This will involve asking questions as to how you are now feeling and how you would like to feel once done. I will be accepting of your difficulty without being judgmental while always keeping in mind your current life circumstances.
