I have several years of experience working with adolescence, adults, and families providing therapy services to those who seek to improve their mental health, address and process their traumas, and help educate individuals to better cope with: depression, anxiety, anger, grief and loss, behavioral issues, life transitions, family conflicts, and low self-esteem.
My practice orientation is providing a client-centered strength base approach which allows clients to process their experiences psychologically, emotionally, and/or behaviorally. I strongly believe in providing a safe place for individuals to be able to feel their feelings in a secure environment without judgment.
