There is no one size fits all in therapy. It is my personal belief that the therapeutic journey can bring about a greater understanding of one's self, of others and of the world, and that it is a privilege to support a person along their unique journey. I have many years of experience working with children, teens and adults in a therapeutic setting and specialize in working with individuals healing from trauma. I strive to create an open and caring environment that allows each individual the opportunity to work towards their unique therapeutic goals.
