The kids, teens, and young adults who work with me want a therapist who sees them as individuals, not just diagnoses, and who offers a compassionate and non-judgmental space for healing and growth. Many of my clients and their caregivers desire a therapeutic approach that goes beyond surface-level interventions, delving deeper into the complexities of their inner worlds and fostering authentic connections that facilitate meaningful change. Parents that are struggling with understanding and addressing their child or teens needs also appreciate the insight, education, and support I give to them in the therapeutic space.
At the heart of my therapeutic practice is a deep commitment to fostering meaningful and authentic relationships with my clients. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including directive and non directive play therapy. I also work with neurodivergent children, teens, young adults, and parents in a way that feels affirming, safe, and meets needs.
Kids, teens, young adults, and caregivers deserve to have a therapeutic space where they can safely explore their emotions, identity, and experiences. It can vulnerable to reach out for help as a caregiver and I want to make this process as smooth and safe as possible for you and your family. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you may have.
