Hello, I'm Jorge Leal! I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker who is passionate about supporting all of my clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, addiction, and relationship issues to improve resilience and develop meaningful relationships. My psychotherapy approach is evidence-based, with a primary focus on improving resilience and developing meaningful relationships. I work with adults of all ages from diverse social, cultural, and economic backgrounds. Typically, my clients struggle with negative thought patterns, interpersonal relationships, intense emotions, and difficulties coping with life stresses.
In therapy, my approach is first to gain a complete understanding of who you are, the challenges you are facing, and the impact of your relationships on your life. Together, we will identify changes that you would like to make and discover evidence-based solutions to address your concerns.
My tone is warm, calm, and non-judgmental. Your wellness, comfort, and sense of safety are my priorities. I aim to create an environment in which you can be authentic and express your thoughts freely. By establishing trust, we can work together as a team to overcome any challenges you are facing.
