Parent Support Group for soon-to-be teens
Feeling nervous or underprepared about your child becoming a teenager? This Parent Support group is intended for caregivers of children from 11 to 14 years of age. This weekly 1-hour group session will meet for 10 weeks and provides a mix of psychoeducation and caregiver support. At the beginning of each session, there will be information, tips, and strategies to help navigate adolescence. The rest of the session will allow caregivers to share their experiences, learn about themselves, and support each other. In these 10 weeks, you can feel more confident in raising teens. Starts 10/2/24!
