My own personal lived experiences in a blended household, having divorced parents by the age of two, and witnessing the challenges of conflict, inspired my passion for helping couples, families, and individuals learn how to identify, express, and cope with their feelings in the healthiest, safest way. Through our work together, you can develop a better understanding of how the past impacts your current experiences, your, your partner, or your family’s needs and communication styles, and develop lifelong tools that foster continued growth and connection.
I don’t believe that therapy is a “one-size-fits-all” approach. While I do have certain lenses in which I view the world (as we all do), I firmly believe in collaborating with you: You are the expert in your own life. I seek to understand, inviting curiosity and noticing not only for myself, but for you as well.
If any of what I've said speaks to your experiences or your needs and desires, then I’d love to meet with you. I understand that not every therapist is a good fit for everyone, and we can work together to determine if I am the right fit for you, your family, and/or your partner.
