My clients come with a variety of life experiences that have led them to therapy. Whether it is your first time in therapy, your fiftieth time, or you just stumbled upon this website, I encourage you to reach out. Life is hard, and there is strength in asking for help. I am a strong advocate to de-stigmatize mental health. I believe everyone has potential to reach their goals, and in my practice, I emphasize autonomy. Treatment will focus on what you want, while we work collaboratively on a plan to get there. I believe in letting you make your own decisions. Sometimes we just need a little help.
I have extensive experience in treating trauma and PTSD symptoms. I have worked with many individuals who are survivors of trauma, as well as those who have been perpetrators of trauma. My professional experience is unique, specializing in depression, as well as self-harm/suicidal ideation. I am able to utilize my experience to help both children and adults.
