My passion, since I was a child, has always been with working with people of all ages, and helping them form healthy relationships with themselves and others. While I have spent years working with emotionally challenged children, tired and exhausted parents, at risk teenagers in both the UK as well as in the US, my goal is to continue providing supportive and therapeutic approaches while also teaching skills and strategies to deal with pressure and stressful situations in life.
I current specialize working with spectrum disorders, schizoaffective disorder, Bi-polar/depression/anxiety and anti-social behaviors. My private practice concentrates with children, teenagers and adults, using the strengths perspective, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and the Nurtured Heart Approach (NHA).
