I am motivated to help individuals and families build healthier relationships with themselves and the people around them. Being open and vulnerable with someone new can be very scary! My goal is to create a meaningful relationship with my clients by providing support, respect, and a safe environment to help build confidence, compassion, and resilience. I support clients who experience anxiety, depression, past trauma, non-traditional relationships, and neurodivergence. I also support families who are struggling with parent-child conflicts, LGBTQ+ youth and how to support them, and young children with behavior problems.
I have experience working in community mental health and school based counseling. I enjoy working with children, teens and young adults. I am always attempting to grow my knowledge in many areas within the mental health field, as I know generations, cultures, trends and humans are always evolving.
