I believe that we are shaped by our experiences and our environments, and my goal in this work is to support people in investigating and making meaning of their stories and their contexts with compassion.
I recognize individuals as experts of their own lives and work in collaboration with clients to come into their own power. I work from an anti-oppressive worldview and offer a strength-based approach. I understand that individuals have different needs and preferences.
