I have over ten years of experience and have expertise in PTSD, CPTSD, Borderline Personality Disorder, dissociation, attachment issues and boundary setting. I will help you gain a better understanding of yourself and the problems you are experiencing while assisting you with building a strong set of skills to be able to cope adaptively and heal. My specialty is trauma work and incorporating the use of EMDR as well as somatic approaches. I see clients both in person (TN) and virtually (IL, FL, SC).
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. My approach is holistic and I strive to meet my clients where they are at. You will find that I prioritize the mind-body connection so we will work through cognitive, physiological, and neurological approaches to restore wellbeing in your life.
