Your level of comfort is directly related to your achievement in therapy; the more comfortable you feel, the more you are likely to achieve. Whether we are engaging in talk therapy, play therapy or another approach, your emotional safety is my first priority. I believe in providing a safe environment for my clients by using my passion to help others. I want to help you create a positive change for yourself. My therapeutic approach is to allow you to feel safe and comfortable while working with me.
I offer different forms of therapy including Equine Assisted Therapy. I am certified through the Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association (EAGALA.) I believe that horses have the power to heal. Clients are able to interact with horses during sessions to create their own story.
I know life can be hard and it can be hard to ask for help so let me help you. I want you to gain a new perspective in life by developing a professional and understanding relationship with me. I will help guide you through your struggles. I am currently accepting new clients.
