I work with individuals, couples and families from a holistic and systemic point of view. I specialize in family systems of addiction as well as grief, having worked with families for over ten years dealing with these and other forms of dysfunction. I work with clients in need of support setting clear and consistent boundaries, as well as individuals seeking recovery from codependency. I also have extensive experience in helping individuals ages 6 and older work through grief and loss.
I provide support to parents by identifying challenges within the primary relationship as well as working towards creating a united front. I help my individual clients identify relational patterns through generations, and encourage prioritizing self and implementation of new, positive coping skills. I gently walk alongside clients through the grief process.
The ripples caused by dysfunctional family systems and grief can feel never-ending, surprising, and/or insurmountable. I strive to create a nonjudgmental and supportive space to help break harmful patterns for a more balanced and fulfilling life. I’m also happy to work with couples and families in early recovery as long as sobriety has been established.
