I strive to create a therapeutic experience that will enable you to live more freely and to be your genuine self. Together we will deepen your understanding of yourself, lessen your symptoms and resolve your inner turmoil, leading to meaningful and lasting change. I provide psychoanalytic psychotherapy which is beneficial to most people including those who have been unsuccessful in other therapies, those who find themselves stuck in frustrating, repetitive cycles from which they cannot break and those who wish to better know themselves.
I have training in the treatment of a wide range of psychological conditions including mood, anxiety, stress, traumatic and personality disorders as well as phase-of-life, adjustment and attachment difficulties. I gained several years of therapeutic experience at Valley Community Counseling Clinic working with diverse populations.
