I use a variety of frameworks including EMDR, Poly-Vagal Theory, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused Therapy, and many others to help individuals find their own happiness and work through challenges in life.
