In my practice, I utilize an integrative approach, incorporating psychodynamic, strengths-based, attachment theory, CBT and DBT approaches. Areas of clinical interest include anxiety, depression, relationships & dating, trauma, self-esteem, stress management and work/career. Together, we develop a treatment plan that is tailored to your individual needs.
I view therapy as a collaborative process, in which we work together towards reaching your goals. We will unearth long-standing behavior patterns or negative perceptions that may be holding you back.
