My practice is focused on helping you connect with your authentic self. Clients who seek my support are often looking to build their self-esteem, create more meaningful relationships with others, and understand their life purpose and values. Clients may also be seeking help with trauma recovery, suicidality, and chronic depression. I believe my job as your therapist is to collaborate with you, listen to you, and guide you on the path to uncovering your most aligned and joyful self. Through treatment, I will help you get to the root of your challenges, explore your values, and gain new insight into yourself.
Using compassionate communication, I will teach you skills to find relief from trauma, anxiety, and depression, manage life situations effectively, find deeper self-compassion, and uncover more fulfilling relationships. My clients gradually learn how to self-advocate, communicate more openly and honestly with others, and embrace and regulate their emotions.
