My approach is rooted in a robust application of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Prevention/Exposure Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. These modalities provide the greatest relief for sufferers of OCD, Anxiety, Phobias, and Trauma. I am also well versed in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, which serves as a useful adjunct.
I am an OCD/Anxiety/Trauma sufferer who has obtained extensive experience in the practice of Exposure Therapy and procured tremendous benefit from this form of treatment.
