The majority of my clients are adults who are seeking ways to manage depression and anxiety, which may be acute (short-term) or chronic (long-term). The most common issues are associated with relationships, family dynamics, adjustment to new situations, bereavement and end-of-life care. I also work with those caring for loved ones with dementia and other long-term illnesses.
I graduated from Yeshiva University's Wurzweiler School of Social Work and have over 25 years of experience. One of the most important things I can do for my clients is provide a safe place for them talk freely about their struggles without being judged. My approach to treatment is client-centered, I'm focused on you as a person and works for you.
I look forward to working with you to overcome you personal challenges. I'm here to support you and help you develop ways to move forward. Feel free to give me a call so we can begin our work. I'm a network provider with several insurance companies.
