I work with individuals and couples to help them work through these myriads of difficulties that life throws at them. I do this by helping to tell your story and edit the parts that may not be continuing to work for you. I help find alternative outcomes for your story and help you to navigate new ways of existing in your world with new tools and viewpoints.
I understand that these experiences can make it difficult to reach out for help and sometimes asking for help is hard. I want to offer a safe and compassionate space for you to be able to come and feel welcome, accepted, and that you can be 100% your authentic self.
