Hello! I am currently only offering sessions via Telehealth (online video) across California to those 18 and up. I only accept/take Kaiser Nor-Cal or do private pay. I have a strong passion working with college students, adults, the older adult/elderly community, and the LGBTQIA+ community. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, stress or working on your self-esteem, anger management, or communication skills, I am here to create a safe, comfortable, & non-judgmental environment for you to open up & be vulnerable.
As a culturally sensitive therapist, I am here to guide and assist you in becoming the person you want to be. I provide healthy coping strategies and skills to help alleviate what you are going through. I specialize in using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) but also use whatever modality/approach would be most beneficial for my clients' needs.
