During my time as a mental health professional I have begun to understand the complexities of individuals lives and the importance of a holistic approach. I provide services for athletes, adolescents, adults, individuals who have experienced traumatic events, depression, anxiety, chronic diagnosis, and low self-esteem. My goal is to collaborate with individuals to provide relief and live their authentic life.
I am an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), DBT, and CBT trained therapist. Together we can navigate the highs and low of your mental health journey with a client centered approach.
