As a therapist, I use a strengths-based and collaborative approach to partner with my clients and their caregivers to work through stressors, express emotions, and develop coping skills. With years of experience in community mental health and healthcare, I have the most extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults who have experienced anger, anxiety, depression and trauma.
I utilize interventions ranging from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to play based therapy, using art, books, and toys to engage clients hands-on. I value the involvement of caregivers in my practice to foster secure and positive attachment relationships.
I hold a master’s degree in social work from Cleveland State University and I am a licensed independent social worker.
