My current caseload includes couples, individuals already in couples therapy, individuals in transitional periods, and those seeking guidance in next steps. I also work with teens, late in life ADHD/ASD diagnoses, and those tackling cultural stressors. I am licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin.
While I provide space for reflecting on the past, I also bring focus to what is in your control today. Within couples work, we focus on strengths, building empathy, realigning goals, and establishing systems that improve functioning. For clients with a desire for less frequency, I also provide monthly mental health check-ins.
