My goal is to help you feel less anxious and depressed and live life to your potential. I will help you develop the necessary skills to increase self-confidence and feel empowered while discovering your strengths, building support systems, and creating healthy lifestyles. Through my holistic and integrative approaches, I call upon the mind-body connection to help you achieve your goals.
My experience in private practice and community mental health have included working with people with low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety. I work with adults (18 and older) who are navigating a diverse range of life's challenges, transitions, and milestones (i.e., parenting, marriage, divorce, grief and career).
