How can we feel more alive, free and true? I offer a compassionate, creative, reflective refuge. Decades of meditation, somatic, integral and wilderness practices and facilitation inform my way of accompanying you through your relationships with trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, or other shapes of human experiences and toward liberation together.
