I have over 23 years of experience as a licensed therapist in the state of Wisconsin. I earned my MSW from Florida State University. I have advanced training in Brainspotting and developmental trauma. I have worked with a wide range of clients, including adolescents, families and adults, often focusing on stress and anxiety, relationship issues, substance abuse, parenting, depression and family dynamics. As an adoptee, I bring a unique personal lens to my therapeutic profession.
I believe in treating everyone with compassion and sensitivity, recognizing that every client has unique needs that require tailored communication strategies and individualized treatment. I focus on utilizing in-depth, creative, and engaging treatment interventions, and I am honored to be a part of each client's growth process.
