I specialize in work with adolescents and young adults to sharpen the skills that are necessary to move through the stages of development on the path towards academic, career, athletic, creative and personal achievement.
I work from a strength-based approach to counseling, including narrative therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness and CBT. When timely, I also utilize play therapy and involve family members. I work with teens who are preparing for college; college students who may be struggling with adapting to campus life; and separated couples on co-parenting.
