I use a variety of approaches in therapy; CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Mindfulness and Motivational Interviewing.

Sometimes we need to go deep and figure out where stuff comes from, other times we just need a safe place to be ourselves as we struggle with what’s going on in our lives.
