Jonathan firmly believes that the key to alleviating concerns is to address the underlying issues going on with the individual, which may stem from early on in their lives. He obtained his Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Temple University and his Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The College of New Jersey. Jonathan has developed an integrative approach to therapy, which includes particular aspects of an assortment of therapeutic techniques and tools, including mindfulness skills.
Jonathan has considerable experience working with the following: Adolescents, Anxiety, Depression, Self-Esteem, Mindfulness Skills, Negative Body Image, Unhealthy Relationships with Exercise and Food, Relationship Issues, Sports Counseling. Jonathan is recognized as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) & Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC).
