My supervision approach integrates multimodal strategies to approach social work practice through the lens of CSWE competencies, while preparing for the practical and shifting reality of the current field in which we operate. Supervision will typically involve some test preparation for those needing to complete the exam for LCSW licensure.
My current focus is working with students and registered interns. My current role with the UWF Social Work Department helps me stay on top of CSWE standards and educational strategies. My approach seeks to build curiosity and competence in the crucial aspects of our profession.
